For Our Client's:
Jobsfeed provides recruitment services tailored to the Client’s needs, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates based on the Client’s specifications.
The Client should email their manpower requirements to Jobsfeed, and Jobsfeed will respond with an agreement for the Client’s review and confirmation.
The Client agrees to provide accurate job descriptions, candidate requirements, and timely feedback on candidates presented by Jobsfeed to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Jobsfeed will provide one replacement candidate if a placed candidate exits within an agreed period, assuming the departure is not due to restructuring or role changes.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding candidate information and business details.
For Candidates:
Jobsfeed does not impose any fees on candidates for placement services. If there are any specific costs involved, such as visa, ticket, or processing fees for international positions, these will be communicated clearly and agreed upon beforehand.
Employment contracts will be provided directly by the hiring employer. Jobsfeed's responsibility is to facilitate the recruitment process, and it is not accountable for the employment terms established by the employer.
Candidates are expected to uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information and to exhibit professional behavior throughout the process. Any inappropriate conduct may result in disqualification from Jobsfeed’s services.
